HOW TO SIGN UP
There are a few ways to sign up for our service:

CAN I SIGN UP FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Absolutely, in fact a big portion of our customers are children taking care of their parents at home. Do note that we currently only ship to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FIRST SHIPMENT AFTER I SIGN UP
The process goes like this:

Once you have placed an order, we will start going through your supplements and make sure everything is safe (i.e. No interactions between supplements, medications and your conditions). We will then give you a call to confirm the date you would like to start your subscription (either a Monday or Thursday). We will then pack the supplements 7 days before your subscription start date, and deliver it to you a few days before you subscription start date.

IS THERE A LONG TERM COMMITMENT FOR USING VITAMINE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
There is no long-term commitment to PillPack. If for some reason, you're unhappy with our service, you can always cancel your subscription. Please remember to cancel your subscription at least 10 days before your next scheduled delivery.

WHEN DO YOU PACK THE VITAMINS?
Our packing process goes like this:

From then on, we will repack your supplements every 28 days.

HOW TO PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Just sign in to your dashboard, under edit my subscription, select pause my subscription. Alternatively, you could just contact us.

Billing

WHY IS IT SO MUCH CHEAPER TO BUY FROM VITAMINE?

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?
We charge you when we pack your supplements (7days before your next scheduled delivery). Usually this means that you'll be charged every 28 days.
WHAT IS THE SERVICE CHARGE FOR?
The service charge is really just to cover part of our packaging and delivery costs.
IS THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?
Currently we do not charge any fee for delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

I LIVE OUTSIDE KL AND SELANGOR, CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE SERVICE TOO?
Unfortunately at this stage, we only have delivery service in KL and Selangor. Do let us know if you would like us to notify you as soon as we launch in your area.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes, just access your dashboard and change the address at least 10 days before the next delivery is due. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can do it for you.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP?
Your subscription is delivered to you every 28 days, and delivery day typically falls on Monday or Thurs. [p] For subscriptions that start on Monday, you will receive your supplement pack on Thurs/Fri the week before, and for subscriptions that start on Thurs, you will receive your supplement pack on Mon/Tues[/p]
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO GO AWAY ON VACATION?
If you're planning a vacation, just let us know the dates you'll be gone and we'll coordinate with you to provide you with sufficient supply of supplements to last throughout your trip.

Quality Control

ARE THE SUPPLEMENTS SOLD BY VITAMINE OF HIGH QUALITY?
Absolutely. At Vitamine, there's no funny business. We only get the top quality supplements from government approved suppliers.

and feel free to call us pretentious, but we at Vitamine will only ever use the best brands on the market - such as Blackmores, Natures Own, Kordels etc.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE THE PACKETS ARE CORRECT BEFORE THEY GET SENT OUT?
Vitamine takes quality control very seriously. We have operating procedures in place to make sure that the supplements are checked at least twice by two different personnels prior to sealing the packs up.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A BAD REACTION TO A SUPPLEMENT?
Seek medical attention immediately if it is a serious reaction. Do make sure to update us so that we can suggest an alternative.

Generally, it's very rare to have a bad reaction to a supplement.
