Getting Started

WHAT IS VITAMINE
Vitamine Malaysia is the first supplement subscription service provided here in Malaysia. Our main goal is simple - to help people manage their supplements so that everyone can take the right supplements at the right time.

When you start a subscription plan, Vitamine will sort your supplements into daily packs and deliver to you every month.

With Vitamine subscription, you don't have to worry about:
1.) Taking the wrong supplement or supplement combinations.
2.) Remembering how to take your supplements.
3.) Queueing up at the pharmacy to get your supplements when they run out.
4.) Wasting money on supplements that don't work.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Absolutely, in fact a big portion of our customers are children taking care of their parents at home. To sign up for someone else, use our live chat feature and talk to our pharmacist. It's even better if you have the latest health screening results of the person you wish to sign up for.
HOW TO SIGN UP

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FIRST SHIPMENT AFTER I SIGN UP
Subscription plan typically starts on a Monday or Thursday. You will receive your pack 2-3 days before the next cycle starts.

For example, if you place an order on Mon-Wed, your plan will start on the following Monday, and you will receive your pack on Thurs or Fri.

IS THERE A LONG TERM COMMITMENT FOR USING VITAMINE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
There is no long-term commitment to Vitamine subscription. If for some reason, you're unhappy with our service, you can always cancel your subscription.

You are required to notify us of your subscription cancellation at least 10 days before your next scheduled delivery.


Our Methodology

HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHAT SUPPLEMENTS ARE GOOD FOR ME?
We use a proprietary methodology called the Vitamine Supplement Pyramid system to build your supplement regimen. You can read more about the system here.

When you complete the quiz, our system will have a list of supplements that are recommended for you. We will then prioritise the supplements and choose the top 5 most important supplements and recommend them to you.

HOW MANY SUPPLEMENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE
We normally recommend no more than 5 supplements. If there are other supplements that suit you, we will list them out too under optional addition. You can choose to add those in your subscription plan too.

Subscription Management

CAN I CHANGE THE SUPPLEMENTS IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Absolutely. Just contact us and get us to change the supplements for you. Please note that changes need to be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the next delivery.
HOW TO PAUSE/CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
You just have to contact us via email, whatsapp or live chat to let us know .

Please note that you are required to notify us of your subscription cancellation at least 10 days before your next scheduled delivery.

CAN I TRY FOR ONE MONTH BEFORE STARTING MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, in fact most people start that way. When you purchase from our website, it's usually just for one month. We will contact you and check if you would like to make it into a subscription plan.

You'll get a discount if you change to a subscription plan.

HOW OFTEN DO I GET MY DELIVERY?
You will receive your supplement packs every 4 weeks.

Payment and Pricing

PRICING
The price of your plan depends on your supplements combination.

Most of our subscribers plans range between RM 70 - RM 200 a month, for 3-5 supplements combo. Our most popular supplement combo costs around RM 100 a month for a multivitamin, a triple strength fish oil and a high quality probiotics.

Do note that we don't charge any delivery charges, but there is a RM20 service charge with every purchase.

WHAT IS THE SERVICE CHARGE FOR?
We charge a RM 20 service charge every month. The service charge is used to cover our cost of service and packaging.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY CHARGES?
We don't charge any delivery fees at all.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR SUBSCRIBING LONG TERM?
Yes, if you choose to subscribe, you will get a 10% discount. Also, you get a 30% discount every 4th month you stay with us.

Example:
Normal price: RM120
1st month Subscription: RM 108
2nd month: RM 108
3rd month: RM108
4th month: RM 84
5th month: RM 108

WHY IS IT CHEAPER TO GET FROM VITAMINE?
Vitamine selects on a few brands of the best & most cost effective supplements, and we buy them in bulk quantities.

This is how we can offer our supplements at very competitive price.

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?
If you subscribe and pay using direct debit, you will be charged 10 days before your next delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

DO YOU SHIP TO EAST MALAYSIA?
Unfortunately, we don't ship to East Malaysia at this point of time.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes, just contact us via email, whatsapp or live chat and change the address at least 10 days before the next delivery is due.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP?
Your supplements will be delivered to you every 4 weeks.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO GO AWAY ON VACATION?
If you're planning a vacation, just let us know the dates you'll be gone and we'll coordinate with you to provide you with sufficient supply of supplements to last throughout your trip.

Quality Control

ARE THE SUPPLEMENTS SOLD BY VITAMINE OF HIGH QUALITY?
Absolutely. At Vitamine, there's no funny business. We only get the top quality supplements from government approved suppliers.

and feel free to call us pretentious, but we at Vitamine will only ever use the best brands on the market.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE THE PACKETS ARE CORRECT BEFORE THEY GET SENT OUT?
Vitamine takes quality control very seriously. We have operating procedures in place to make sure that the supplements are checked at least twice by two different personnels prior to sealing the packs up.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A BAD REACTION TO A SUPPLEMENT?
Seek medical attention immediately if it is a serious reaction. Do make sure to update us so that we can suggest an alternative.

Generally, it's very rare to have a bad reaction to a supplement.

DO YOU OR WILL YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION?
No, as a company, Vitamine has never, and will never, share or sell any of our customers' information. In terms of security, all customer data is encrypted from end-to-end.
